Hello everyone! The first three months of 2026 are already over. January and February generally goes in trying to keep up with resolutions and planning. But as March comes in, everything sort of fades in, as life steps in the way. Life is never simple; it is always complex. And when life gets in the way all our discipline and habits go for a toss. We, somehow, cannot manage it all. We struggle.
We feel we are the only ones in this state, but believe me, everyone goes through this phase, unless you have learnt how to tackle it. Again, learning requires a lot of discipline and effort from your end. We always make the mistake of having high targets and goals. That is not how we build consistency. Consistency is built one tiny, baby step at a time.
Don’t try to start big. Start with one habit for just 5 minutes everyday initially. Try to do it consistently. Consistency is the key. When it is just 5 minutes everyday our mind will somehow force us and trick us into sticking to it. When we keep a target of 30 minutes or 1 hour, it starts getting tougher to keep up. We can’t give excuses for not having 5 minutes in a day. It is ridiculous. We can take out those 5 minutes from our phone scrolling and start one thing right away. Do you want to give it a try. Then why are you still here, rush and do whatever you feel like, journaling, sky gazing, reading, anything you feel like doing. Self -care is a must because you finally cannot pour from an empty mug. You need to have a full mug to pour into others.
Start Small but start!
