Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from Orange Espresso. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:


1. 7-Day Returns

We offer a 7-day return window (no questions asked) on eligible products.

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, simply email us at hello@orangeespresso.in within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Return shipping will be borne by the customer. Items must be unused, undamaged, and securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Return eligibility is mentioned on each product page.


2. Customized or Non-returnable Products

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Sale items

  • Specific categories clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page

However, if any such item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

Kindly share clear photos of the damaged or defective product via email at hello@orangeespresso.in or WhatsApp.

We will gladly replace the product at no extra cost. (Refunds are not offered for customized or non-returnable products.)


General Conditions for All Returns

Returned products must be in their original packaging, complete with tags, cards, and accessories originally provided. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt at our facility.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
