Orange Espresso is an Indian stationery and mindful living brand focused on wellness and reflection, founded by Vaishnavi Sarma and Mayur Sarma in November 2024 and based in Pune, India.

We design creative self-care tools such as planners, journals, wellness trackers, notebooks and other mindful products that support clarity, balance and intentional living.

Every product is designed in-house and made in India, with a focus on calm, thoughtful design rather than pressure or perfection.

Yes. Many customers buy our planners, journals and candles as thoughtful gifts. Most products are ready to gift, and we also include a small handwritten-style note with many orders.

We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

We aim for same-day dispatch for orders received before 9 am and next-day dispatch for orders received after 9 am. Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday.

Delivery timelines depend on your location. Pune and Mumbai are typically delivered within 2 days, other metros within 3–4 days, and most other cities within 6–7 days. Remote areas may take up to 10 days.

Customized or made-to-order products may require an additional 1–2 working days before dispatch.

To ensure complete peace of mind, we offer a 7-day easy return policy on eligible products. If something isn’t right, we’re always here to help.

We offer a 7-day return window (no questions asked) on eligible products. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Return eligibility is mentioned on each product page, and return shipping costs apply.

Personalized or customized products and certain clearly marked categories are non-returnable. However, if such an item is delivered damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.

We use high-quality paper (80 or 100 GSM depending on the product) and produce our items in India, ensuring both functional reliability and aesthetic simplicity.
