Shipping policy

We currently offer free shipping to all locations across India for all orders above ₹ 499. A shipping fee of ₹ 50 is currently charged for other orders.

We aim for Same-day dispatch for orders received before 9 am and Next-day dispatch for orders received after 9 am.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday.

If a product is customised, handmade after order placement, or is under re-stocking process, it may take more time before dispatch. A message will be sent to you with an updated expected dispatch date.

You will receive email/text updates once the product is shipped and at all important milestones. You can also login to your account on Orange Espresso to track your product's status or just whatsapp us on +91-9766017007 and we would be happy to help you.

We ship from Pune. Depending on your location, it may take from 2 - 10 days for you to receive your product post dispatch. Places like Pune & Mumbai get delivered in max 2 days, other metros within 3-4 days and other cities typically 6-7 days. Remote areas may take up to 10 days. In all cases we monitor the product through the transportation journey and will keep you updated on any delays.

By default we ship via road. In case you want quick shipment, we can do so by air at an additional nominal charge of ₹100. Please message us once you have placed your order and we will be happy to help.
