- In the unfortunate event that you have received a damaged product please email us at hello@orangeespresso.in with images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred.
- Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

- Our courier partner will make an attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS when delivering the order. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package.
- The courier partner will make a total of three attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to us.
- Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be refunded via your original mode of payment.

- We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please mail us at hello@orangeespresso.in with the details of the missing product within 3 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted immediately.

- If you live in a gated community / apartment complex, please check at your gate or with your security as due to restrictions, the courier partners often leave the parcels there.
- In case you haven’t received your order, Please drop us a mail at hello@orangeespresso.in within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service and contact you.
- Please note : We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.

- Please mail us at hello@orangeespresso.in for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders received on the same day or order or if they haven’t been processed by our shipping partner whichever happens first. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
When do I get my refund for the cancelled order ?

- If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 7- 10 working days.
- Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
