• Same-day dispatch for orders received before 9 am
• Next-day dispatch for orders received after 9am
• Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday.
• If a product is handmade after order placement or is under re-stocking process, a message will be sent with an update.
• Default shipping mode is via road. If you wish quicker delivery you can contact us for shipping via Air at a nominal extra charge of ₹100.

We want you to love what you buy - but if it doesn’t meet your expectations, no worries. We offer a 7-day return window (no questions asked).

- Just drop us a message at hello@orangeespresso.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Return shipping will be at your cost.
- Items must be unused and packed securely to avoid damage in transit.

Once we receive the product in good, unused condition, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Note: Select products such as T-shirts, candles, drinkware and customized items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please check the product page for individual return eligibility.

If your order is received in a damaged condition, please share clear photos with us on +91 - 97660 17007 within 2 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
